xck33 Terms and Conditions

The following words and phrases carry specific meanings in these Terms:

• "xck33" or "we" or "Platform" — refers to the xck33.cam website and all services under it.
• "User" or "you" — any person who has registered on or is using the xck33 platform.
• "Account" — the personal profile created by registering on xck33.
• "Balance" — the total amount of funds held in your account (including real money and bonus funds).
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free spins or rewards granted by xck33.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the obligation to place a specified amount in bets before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer, the identity verification process.

In these Terms, singular words also include the plural and vice versa.

2.1 Age Requirement

The xck33 platform is for users aged 21 and above only. By registering on the platform you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. If anyone under 21 uses this platform, their account will be closed immediately and any deposited funds will not be refunded.

2.2 Registration Process

To register on xck33 you must provide accurate and complete information. Each person may open only one account. If a person holds more than one account, those accounts will be closed and funds held in them may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

The name, address, date of birth and ID details provided at registration must be correct. Providing false information may result in account cancellation. If any details change, you must notify xck33 Support immediately.

3.1 Login Security

It is your responsibility to keep your xck33 account login details completely confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Account Transfer Prohibited

Transferring, selling or renting your xck33 account to another person is strictly prohibited. Operating an account on behalf of someone else is also not permitted.

3.3 Account Inactivity

If your account remains inactive for twelve consecutive months or more, xck33 may mark it as inactive. A maintenance charge may apply to the balance of an inactive account. However, your balance will never be reduced to zero.

4.1 Deposit Rules

The available methods for depositing funds on xck33 are: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳100. Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in your name — third-party payments will not be accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit. Withdrawals may be put on hold if KYC verification has not been completed.

4.3 Transaction Verification

xck33 reserves the right to verify any transaction at any time. Additional documentation may be requested for suspicious or unusually large transactions. Compliance with anti-money laundering laws is a legal obligation for us.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

First-time depositors on xck33 will receive a 200% welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. To receive this bonus, the bonus option must be activated on your first deposit after registration. The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per person, household, address or IP address.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 20x wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. This means you must place bets totalling 20 times the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳20,000 in bets. Wagering contributions may be calculated differently depending on the game.

5.3 Bonus Cancellation Conditions

A bonus will be cancelled in the following circumstances:

• If the bonus is misused or fraud is committed
• If multiple accounts are created
• If the Terms are violated
• If wagering is not completed within the specified period from the date the bonus was claimed

5.4 VIP Program

The xck33 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.7% weekly cashback; Gold — up to 1.0% weekly cashback. By staying regularly active you can advance to a higher tier.

6.1 Betting Rules

All bets are processed in real time and cannot be cancelled once confirmed. A certified Random Number Generator (RNG) is used to determine game outcomes. Each game is independently audited.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a game is left incomplete due to a server outage, network issue or technical error, the game will generally be restored to its last valid state. Any winnings resulting from a game engine error will be considered void.

6.3 Maximum Win Limit

xck33 reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings on a single bet or within a specified period. This limit may vary by game or promotion and will be communicated in advance where applicable.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xck33 platform:

• Attempting to commit fraud, cheating or manipulating games by dishonest means
• Placing bets using bots, automation software or artificial intelligence
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal payment purposes
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses
• Using a third-party payment account
• Attempting to hack or access another user's account
• Attempting to introduce viruses or malicious code into xck33 systems

All content on the xck33 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software and code — is protected under xck33's intellectual property rights. You may use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Reproducing, distributing, publishing or using any xck33 content for commercial purposes without written permission is prohibited. Intellectual property relating to game software is protected under the rights of the respective game providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe and Microgaming.

How your personal data is collected, stored and used is described in detail in our Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these Terms you are also agreeing to our Privacy Policy.

xck33 uses SSL encryption technology to keep all data secure. Your personal or financial information will not be shared with third parties, except where it must be disclosed to authorities under a legal obligation.

10.1 Service Availability

Uninterrupted availability of the xck33 platform is not guaranteed. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical upgrades or unforeseen circumstances. xck33 is not obliged to provide any compensation in such situations.

10.2 Third-Party Services

xck33 is not responsible for the quality or availability of services provided by game providers, payment processors or other third parties. xck33 will not be financially liable for any losses caused by a third-party service outage.

10.3 Personal Decisions

Gambling is a financially risky activity. Any betting decision you make is entirely your own. xck33 does not provide advice and is not responsible for financial losses arising from gameplay.

11.1 Closure by xck33

xck33 reserves the right to suspend or close your account in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these Terms is violated
• If you are involved in fraudulent or deceptive activity
• If you fail KYC verification or provide false information
• In compliance with instructions from law enforcement authorities

11.2 Closure by You

You may request the closure of your account at any time. Contact our support team at [email protected]. Please withdraw any remaining valid balance before closing your account.
